In Summer 2018 we’re opening up our wild swimming pond. The pond is tucked away in a corner of the campsite, overhung by a weeping willow tree.
The pond features pathways for entering and exiting the water and seating arranged around the edge for those seeking a quiet time away from the bustle of campsite life. A dinghy is provided and beach balls available.
There is also a small lake onsite which is available for swimming on hot days and where the farming calendar allows.
All swimmers will need to sign a disclaimer and guidelines issued at site reception. No unaccompanied children! Swim at your own risk as no lifeguards are present.
